- Support retail management and operational tasks.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels effectively.
- Represent the brand, promoting products and engaging in upselling.
- Polite and well-presented.
- Passionate about the retail industry and able to work retail hours.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with retail experience are welcome.
- Fluent in English.
