SEIBU is a luxury department store in Japan and operates 6 stores in Japan.

Seibu will open its first Malaysian store at The Exchange TRX, following its entry into other South East Asian countries.

It will span over 250,000 square feet, featuring 400-500 retail brands with 100 of them are new brands entering Malaysia for the first time, across 4 levels and it will be the first international luxury department store in Malaysia.

SEIBU will be open in the third quarter of 2023.

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries on products and services. Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day. Providing the appropriate service standards and build good rapport with customers. Assisting in all aspects in retail store and follow Company's policies and regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualifications with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. No working experience needed as training will be provided. Able to work on retail hours, weekends & public holidays. Must be discipline and committed. Covid-19 fully vaccinated.
