Job Description
The Retail Assistant is responsible to ensure smooth operations of the retail shop including cashier, stock display, price labelling, handling parcel, receiving stock. Key Activities / Accountabilities \xc2\xb7 Assist customer in locating desired shop items. \xc2\xb7 Assist customer to print consignment notes who would like to send parcels. \xc2\xb7 Inform customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases. \xc2\xb7 Perform cashiering duties in line with Cash Handling policy. \xc2\xb7 Handle customer\'s request professionally. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the sales floor is organized. \xc2\xb7 Other tasks as requested by superior. Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills \xc2\xb7 Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field. \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of working experience in retail operation or courier industry. \xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. \xc2\xb7 Pleasant personality, positive and high intergrity. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required \xc2\xb7 Good in mathematic and calculation.
