Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM or have retail working experience.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience is preferred for this position.
Candidates without retail experience but possess a positive working attitude will be taken into consideration.
Candidates must be willing to be based at retail location.
Candidates must be willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and efficient retail operation and work closely with the immediate supervisor.
Provide best customer service and responds to the customer needs.
Introduce and promote products to customers.
Handle food orders from customers and ensure food product preparation and disposable process follow food handling SOP.
Operate a cash register including cash and credit card transaction. Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash register operation.
