This job is to supervise GEMBOX retail operation (Cultural Street and Lifestyle).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage retail and merchant assistant, among which includes people working on different streets.
- To check and ensure pricing is correct
- Assist supervisor to ensure store displays in correct orders based on requirements.
- Assist supervisor to coach, counsel, discipline, and train merchant assistant
- Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Assist supervisor to ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company's standards
- Ensure that hours of operation are following company regulations
- Assist supervisor to ensure health and safety measures and store's cleanliness
- Assist supervisor to handle any customer complaints, issues and questions and provide solutions.
- Compile data and prepare report to management on weekly basis in ppt.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in fruits or retail sector
- Great teamwork spirit.
- Initiative problem-solving.
- Wiling work in Shift
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Available for Full time and Part time
