Job Scope:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in selecting items that best suit their needs
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Process payments and complete sales transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Working hours: 6-9 hours, 5 Days/week (as per schedule given)
Duration: ASAP - 26/1/2025
Salary: RM 13/Hour
