Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Customer Service:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product information and personalized recommendations.

Sampling:

Distribute product samples hygienically; ensure testers are cleaned before and after each shift.

Sales Transactions:

Process purchases accurately via Point of Sale (POS) systems or manually, maintaining precise records.

Cart Maintenance:

Keep product displays and carts clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Cash Handling:

Reconcile cash and digital payments at the end of each day and report any discrepancies promptly.

Reporting:

Submit daily sales, cash, and stock reports; notify supervisors of low or fast-moving inventory.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about product features, ingredients, and ongoing promotions to better assist customers.

Working Hours:



Morning Shift:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Noon Shift:

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Full Day:

10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
