About the role

A Retail Associate, also known as a Sales Associate or Retail Salesperson, is a front-line employee in a retail setting. Their primary role is to provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their purchasing needs, and contribute to the overall sales and operations of the store.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer. Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, offering product recommendations and information. Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring all display items are in proper condition. Process customer transactions accurately, including sales, exchanges, and returns. Manage inventory levels by assisting in stock counts, replenishment, and product displays. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Support marketing and promotional activities at the retail location as required. Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. Perform other related duties as assigned to support showroom operations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. 1-2 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer service roles preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Passionate about gaming or ergonomic furniture is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
