Responsibilities

Handle walk-in, online, or call enquiry
Build in-depth relationships with existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service in responding to general and custom client requests/projects via phone, and email.
Recommend suitable uniforms for clients
Retail stock take and inventory replenishment
Work closely with the sales and production team.
To handle customers\' feedback professionally.
