Responsibilities
  • Handle walk-in, online, or call enquiry
  • Build in-depth relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service in responding to general and custom client requests/projects via phone, and email.
  • Recommend suitable uniforms for clients
  • Retail stock take and inventory replenishment
  • Work closely with the sales and production team.
  • To handle customers\' feedback professionally.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks
