• Required education: Diploma and above.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia (in terms of communication, reading and writing).

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Associates to join retail team across multiple locations, As a Retail Associate in Uniqlo, you will be the face of company brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience. You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at company merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish necessarily.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer basket. Be of service by offering your assistance to product and advise to wear them. Be company's product specialist.
• Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services. Check and ask superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Be polite, a team player and respect space of one another. No gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings of others.
