About the role:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team. As a UNIQLO Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Create a great shopping experience

. Keep the store spotless, organized, and shelves full so every customer feels welcome.

Welcome customers with a friendly smile.

Greet customers with a smile, offer them a basket, and share styling tips as a true UNIQLO product expert.

Follow the company's training plan and actively learn new skills to grow in your role

. Learn LifeWear philosophy and service standards through structured training, with opportunities to step into leadership roles.

Take ownership of your assigned product area.

Understand the features and selling points, identify challenges and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Build a positive and respectful workplace

. Respect and support your colleagues, share ideas and work together to keep the team united with gossip-free environment.

Job Requirements:

Diploma holders and above, with good proficiency in English. Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays. A genuine interest in UNIQLO and LifeWear philosophy. Passionate about fashion and delivering great customer service with customer-first mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
