Job Description

Location: Office is based in KLIA

Working hours: 7am - 4pm, 2pm - 11pm, 10pm - 7am

Working days: 5 days work, 2 days off

Salary: RM2300 - RM3200 + commission

Employment Status: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)

Responsibilities:

Manage store performance in terms of monitoring staff achievements in sales, servicing, customer experience, and compliance. Deliver overall sales performance of the store through execution of retail sales activities (in-store or roadshow) and by performing sales. Drive operational excellence by creating a conducive customer journey that leads to speedy and effective resolutions for customers and promoting self-serve. Ensure seamless operations in terms of cash, inventories, floor (store front, POSM, display and etc) and in-store merchandising management. Focus on career growth and development of the staff by ensuring high operational and performance standards. Enforce quality and compliance to standard policies, procedures, and guidelines. Collate and prepare relevant store's reports on ad-hoc and periodical basis. Provide consistent feedback and improvement ideas to Retail Leader to deliver high quality standard of retail operations. Act as a role model and change agent to embrace and promote CD Retail Culture.

Requirements

:

Relevant work experience in telecommunications or retail industries preferred. Experience in showcasing and conducting product demonstrations preferred.
