Club21 Malaysia is a fashion forward Company with presence in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Taiwan and have exclusive retail rights to operate stores for emerging brands like Paul Smith, Jaquemus, Alexander Wang, Issey Miyake, DKNY, Calvin Klein and many more. Currently we have 14 stores across Malaysia and are continuously growing each year! With continuous expansion plans, we are currently in the lookout for highly driven and motivated Retail employees based in our store, who are keen to join our ever-expanding team and be part of our exclusive brands. Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service skills for selling/ upselling products in stores in accordance with the Club 21 guidelines. Strive to achieve individual and store sales target. Perform stock replenishment, and manage store upkeep including visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance. Perform cashiering, stock take, and other ad-hoc duties as required. Knowledge & Skills Required Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics. Good communication skills in English. Mandarin speaking skill is an added advantage. Experience working in luxury fashion retail stores is a bonus. Demonstrate good fashion sense and product knowledge. Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
