Summary:

BloomThis is looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Serves customers by helping them select products. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Responds to customers' questions. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters. Provides outstanding customer service. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. Manages financial transactions. Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards. Alerts management of potential security issues. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest. Perform general cleaning duties to ensure the outlet is tidy and well organised Responsible to control costs and upkeep the image of the retail shop Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager

Desired Skills, Experience & Requirements:

No prior experience in floristry is necessary although intermediate experience is preferred. Positive working attitude with a teamwork spirit Customer service-oriented and sales driven Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to work on a rotational shift basis which includes Public Holidays and weekends Minimum SPM holder and above
