Job Description
As a Retail Associate, you will be mainly responsible for identifying customers' needs & providing accurate information to the customers.
What do we need you to do?
- You will assist to drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge
- You will carry out Visual Merchandising and stock replenishment duties
- You will be required to perform entry into the POS system & process transactions.
- You will be crucial in maintaining a positive shop image by ensuring the product displays and the general appearance of the bookstore meets the company's standards.
