Retail positions at Converse Store (Design Village) Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide excellent customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively follow-up on customer queries & needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor, cashier counter and service zone at all time \xe2\x80\xa2 General store operations \xe2\x80\x93 including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stock take and general house keeping \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping abreast of latest products (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop strong connections with customer to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor or SIC
