We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
Retail Associate
to join our team. The Retail Associate is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a smooth sales process.Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions Replenish shelves and maintain store cleanliness and visual displays Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints appropriately Ensure all store areas are neat, clean, and organized at all times Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
SPM or equivalent qualification Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays Basic math skills and attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude

CSM Bukit Raja, CSM Seksyen 27, CSM Setia Alam
Working Hours:
First shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Second shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Uniform:
ProvidedJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
