Your Role

Create a warm and inviting shopping experience by assisting customers in choosing outfits, accessories, and styling options tailored to their needs. Stay informed on the latest fashion trends and collections to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations. Drive individual and store sales by engaging with customers, upselling, and building lasting relationships. Ensure the store maintains impeccable visual standards through attractive displays and well-organized merchandise. Support inventory management, including stock checks, restocking, and processing deliveries.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage. A passion for fashion and styling with an eye for trends. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful connections with customers. Enthusiasm for achieving and surpassing sales targets. A collaborative team player dedicated to achieving shared store goals. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
