Retail Associate, you will be part of a passionate team that brings the brand's values to life -- blending beautiful design with warm, genuine service. You'll help every customer look and feel confident, stylish, and inspired.

What You Will Do

Welcome and engage customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Share styling advice and product stories that reflect the spirit of Tory Burch -- chic, bold, and confident.*
Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects the brand's elegance and creativity. Support daily store operations including cashiering, stock handling, and merchandising. Work closely with your team to achieve sales and service goals, creating memorable customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a love for fashion and style. Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience (luxury retail is an advantage). Friendly, confident personality that connects with people well. Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
