Job Location: Quill City Mall, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities of a Retail Customer Service Executive but are not limited to:
Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
Assist in daily operations such as merchandise display, stock inventory, and maintenance of store
Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths
Provide feedback for improvement to the retail and management team
Meet daily targets and submit sales reports accurately
Handling Daily Walk in Sales Activity and Provide Excellent Customer Service to the Customers
Provide professional and courteous after sales service with ability to build and enhance good relationship with our clients so as to sustain and maintain customer loyalty
Engage in meaningful interactions and develop positive customer relationships
Dealing on customer inquiries and complain. Effective and efficient handling of customers with timely follow up and closure.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, whatsapp, and walk-in
Participate in pre and post auction events or program.
To actively promoting marketing campaigns. Advise customers by providing information on products.
Customer database management
Perform well in daily routine tasks

Requirements:
Diploma / Degree holder in any field of study or any working experience.
Experience in retail will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good with computer and knowledge of MS Office
Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays if required
Strong Communication (English/Chinese/Malay) and people skills
Passionate in engaging customers and providing excellent service
Self-discipline and punctuality are essential
Meticulous and capable of working under pressure
