Retail Associate, you'll create an inspiring and welcoming environment, helping customers discover pieces that celebrate beauty, style, and special moments.

What You Will Do

Welcome and engage customers with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Offer personalized advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience Maintain the store's luxurious look and feel, ensuring displays are perfect at all times. As part of the team, support daily store operations including sales, stock management, and cashiering Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and celebrate success.

What We're Looking For

Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a love for fashion/jewellery. Confident, approachable, and team-oriented personality Minimum 1-2 years of Retail experience preferred, but energetic and driven newcomers are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
