We're a medium-sized petro-retail store with a steady flow of customers and a friendly, supportive crew. Here, every shift counts - you'll be part of a team that keeps the store running smoothly through good service, organized displays, accurate cashiering, and creative local marketing.

1. Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant, you'll help ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience at our petrol mart. You'll support store activities from cashiering to merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including daily cash reports and balancing. Assist with stock management , conduct regular checks, restock shelves, label prodcts and ensure timely replenishment. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation in line with brand standards. Support merchandising efforts such as product displays, in-store promotions, and stock ordering. Provide friendly, attentive service, offering product information and resolving customer feedback or complaints professionally. Help coordinate daily store operations to maintain service quality, efficiency, and compliance. Assist in implementing marketing initiatives from HQ, including social media updates, seasonal campaigns, or local promotions. Contribute ideas for store-level marketing to drive sales and increase visibility.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of retail or cashiering experience (

training provided for fast learners or new joiners

). Responsible, approachable, and comfortable engaging with customers. Detail-oriented and able to manage stock-related tasks efficiently. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

2. Retail Supervisor

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll lead daily operations, manage stock and staff, and ensure smooth coordination with head office marketing and promotional efforts. You'll manage the store keeping it organized, profitable and welcoming.

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and uphold service, quality, and display standards. Manage cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including daily reports and cash balancing. Supervise cashiering, sales reports and daily cash reconciliation. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular checks, and ensure timely replenishment. Coordinate merchandising and ensure products are well-presented according to brand guidelines. Work with the head office marketing team on campaign rollouts, while also executing store-level initiatives such as product highlights, seasonal promos, or community engagement activities. Track sales trends and suggest improvements or local marketing ideas. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally. Train and motivate team members to maintain a strong, positive work culture.

Requirements:

2+ years in retail or sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Good leadership, communication and organization skills. (

training provided if not yet fully experienced

). Confident with stock management, cashiering and reporting systems. Hands-on and proactive - willing to work alongside the team on the floor. Flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
