About your role

Provide guidance and support to subordinates/sales team to ensure tasks are executed on time. Monitor outlet sales performance and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers. Enforce the Sales Manual and audit it periodically based on process changes. Monitor the entire team's performance through daily reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outlet performance reports for the Sales Manager's review. Be responsible for the overall performance and compliance ethics of the Product Genius. Conduct comprehensive training and provide sufficient training materials to the Product Genius. Align with all relevant stakeholders involved in the car buying process. Continuously collect and process data on new or potential prospects and distribute it to the Product Genius (PG). Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is accurately and properly followed. Be responsible for achieving the sales targets set by management and for initiatives that maximize outlet productivity. Inspire, lead, and motivate the Sales Team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide timely feedback and support to meet the expectations and requirements of the Sales Team.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any fields. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise (Retail Industries) Excellent leadership, communication, sales, negotiation skills and customer service skills. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress. Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad and Basic Emailing. Ability to support multiple departments concurrently with solid management skills. Ability to organize tasks, prioritize demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful conclusions. Experience or interest in social media marketing and digital engagement

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
