Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Supervisor to fully manage a combined retail and bubble tea store. You will lead the team to deliver an exceptional shopping and beverage experience while achieving both retail and drink sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the overall store operations, including the retail section and bubble tea counter.

Drive sales performance and analyze data to optimize product and drink mix.

Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

Train the team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and standard drink preparation.

Handle daily cash flow and basic operational reporting.

Develop and execute promotional activities to increase foot traffic and sales.

Posting job ads, interviewing candidates to training new hires and creating the weekly schedule.

We Are Looking For:



Minimum 2 years in retail or F&B, with team management experience.

Management experience in a chain environment (retail/bubble tea/QSR) is a strong advantage.



High sensitivity to retail trends and the tea beverage market.

Results-oriented with excellent sales and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and manage different business streams in a fast-paced setting.
