1. Responsibilities
Cashier duties
Ecommerce - handle merchants parcel drop off scanning and customer pick up include smooth handover to drivers with proper document and sign off
Courier - manage over the counter courier transactions from customers sending parcels (Poslaju, DHL, Fedex, Ninjavan etc) include inspecting and packing the parcels, using system to generate airway bills and communicating with courier providers to ensure smooth handover of parcels to the drivers with proper document and sign off
Others - handle other services provided by MBE outlet (etc copying, printing, mailbox service
Customer service - handle customer queries and resolve issues
Other outlet admin duties - housekeeping, cleanliness, reporting, banking, stock order, stock take
2. Work timing
6-day workweek (Off day on weekend)
Rotational Work Shift 10am-6pm / 12pm-8pm / 2pm-10pm
3. Education
Min SPM/STPM/Diploma
BM & English
Basic Computer knowledge include Microsoft offce and outlook (email)
4. Work experience
1-3 years of Retail / F&B / Customer Service
