Assist customers in selecting the right paint products based on their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Provide expert advice on paint types, colors, finishes, and application techniques.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Promote special offers, new products, and loyalty programs to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and contractors.
Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and order forms for bulk or custom orders.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new paint technologies.
Attend courses and workshops by suppliers from time-to-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
