Job Summary

• To contribute individual target and achieve the entire outlet sales performance.
• To assist in target on sales performance for the outlet and fulfill the Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
• To maximize retail sales and ensure a smooth transition from the contact phase with the client through the close of the sale.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and effectively promote all Boutique activities (marketing plans, loyalty scheme, events, workshops, promotions) to new & existing clients.
• Achieve given sales target and expectations.
• Take part in housekeeping routines and follow operational procedures consistently.
• Perform accurate sales transactions and sales collections.
• Calculate and submit self-commission Report to Retail Manager timely and accurately.
• Communicate with Retail Manager to build sales and teamwork.
• Take responsibility to minimize stock loss and maximize boutique\xe2\x80\x99s security.
• Ensure merchandising is attractive, up-to-date and consistent with marketing plans.
• Monitor stock\xe2\x80\x99s batch code consistently and update Retail Manager before expiry dates.
• Ensure pricing of stocks are accurate.

Job requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in retail sales is an advantage.
• School leaver or fresh graduate are also encourage to apply
• Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Can work in shift, weekends & public holidays
• Basic selling and communication skills, skincare knowledge is an advantage
• Highly motivated with good insight of customer service
• Service oriented with high enthusiasm to serve
• Team player and passionate to learn
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality

Additional Details

• Fixed allowance of RM100 monthly
• 6 days of working per week
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, 12pm to 8pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 10am.
• Working location: Bangsar Shopping Center, Suria KLCC, The Curve, IOI City Mall, The Spring Kuching, Aeon Tebrau, Sky Avenue, One Utama & KLCC

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Benefits:
