- Attend to customers' inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolving customers' issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend and manage the trade-in sales, cash register and processing payment.
- To ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy, and the product displays are always presentable.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to you from time to time.
- Min must have Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Certificate.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in retail.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
