Job description We are seeking an energetic and responsible Retail & E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team in George Town, Penang. This role combines online e-commerce management and retail customer service, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both digital operations and direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations -Welcome walk-in customers, recommend suitable products, and provide warm customer service. -Maintain store presentation, product display, and stock organization. -Support day-to-day retail tasks, including cashiering, restocking, and packaging. E-Commerce Operations -Manage product listings and daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and company website. -Set up and maintain auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger to enhance customer response time. -Handle online orders, packing coordination, shipping follow-up, and customer satisfaction. -Assist in digital marketing campaigns, content posting, and performance tracking.
Requirements 1.Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and basic English. 2.E-commerce Knowledge: Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or Facebook Shop. 3.Tech Skills: Able to use WhatsApp Business tools, Canva, Excel, or related systems. 4.Customer Service: Friendly, patient, and proactive in both online and offline communication. 5.Team Player: Positive attitude with a sense of responsibility and willingness to learn. 6.Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage. 7.Education: Diploma or above. ? ???? ?https://www.wasap.my/+60108795895/ecommerce
