We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Retail Event Executive

to support the planning and execution of in-store activations, brand events, and pop-up experiences for our fashion retail brand.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, customer experience, and brand storytelling -- and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

1) Event & Pop-Up Support

Assist in coordinating seasonal events and pop-up activations, from planning through execution Support logistics such as inventory preparation, vendor coordination, event supplies, and transportation scheduling Maintain timelines, checklists, and calendars to ensure smooth event operations

2) On-Site Execution

Support event setup, styling, and teardown Provide assistance in managing guest experiences, customer service, and real-time problem solving Represent the brand with professionalism during all public-facing activities

3) Creative Coordination

Collaborate with visual merchandising and creative teams to ensure event setups reflect brand aesthetics Assist in preparing internal event briefs and visual planning

4) Marketing & Promotion

Support the development of promotional materials and social content alongside the marketing team

5) Post-Event Wrap-Up

Help gather and report on event results, including footfall, customer feedback, and sales performance Assist in compiling visuals and insights for internal reviews and presentations

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Fashion, or related fields Excellent organizational and communication skills Able to work both independently and collaboratively Experience in retail events or visual merchandising is an advantage Willingness to be on-site during events and travel when needed
