Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,500 - MYR 4,800 Per Month

Location: Batu Arang, Selangor

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

Computer literate with MS Word & Excel.

Good communication skills, able to multi-task and work independently.

Must have basic knowledge of accounting entry.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.

Good attendance, fast learner, and responsible person.

Able to start work immediately.

Preferred Skills (Advantages):

Accounting background.

Experience with SQL Accounting System.

Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Staying near to the workplace (15km radius).

Able to handle payroll.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily business operation transactions into the accounting system.

Perform day-to-day general administrative tasks.

Attend to incoming and outgoing customer phone calls.

Handle client's requests and provide assistance.

Monitor electronic dispatch and receipts.

Perform order entry and follow up on customer delivery.

Contribute to the day-to-day running of the operation function in the office.

Provide customer service and support.
