We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Retail Executive (Clinic)

to join our team. This role supports daily clinic operations, ensures excellent patient experience, and contributes to sales performance through product knowledge and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient registration, enquiries, and front-desk workflow. Assist doctors during consultations and procedures when required. Assist clients with product recommendations (cleanser, moisturiser, shampoo, etc.) Support sales activities and achieve monthly KPIs Ensure retail and clinical areas are well-stocked, organised, and presented. Handle scheduling appointment Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinic SOPs.

Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable assisting in clinical tasks after training. Willing to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
