Position: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Bangsar Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Working Days: 5-day work week (including weekends, retail shift hours)

Salary: RM3,600 - RM4,000 (basic + commission)

Job Overview:

This role combines a passion for interior styling with strong sales skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment.

What You'll Do:

Engage customers to understand their needs and provide professional interior styling advice. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Arrange appointments with customers for Interior Design services. Actively follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and customer claims to ensure excellent after-sales service. Collaborate with the team to maintain attractive product displays and store layouts. Stay updated on interior design trends, product knowledge, and brand standards.
What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields is an advantage. Strong interest in sales, interior styling, and customer service. Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-driven. Experience in

interior design, furniture sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or airline cabin crew

is an advantage, but training will be provided. Knowledge of

AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software

is a plus. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a

Senior role

. Malaysian Citizen preferred; Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
