Assist the Branch Manager with the daily store operations which include sales goals, inventory, staff scheduling and customer service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Pharmacist in dispensing of medicines accurately, filling of prescriptions in pharmaceutical care to all customers and outlet management duties including key handling.
Prepare duty roasters and monitor staff daily time attendance.
Provide guidance, training and coaching to all floor staff, and supervisors on general products knowledge and duties.
Managing inventory and promoting products.
Conduct retail audits according to the schedule to raise and maintain the operating delivery.
Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations of the store whenever needs arise.
Support the training buddy system through coaching and guiding the new supervisor from other outlets within the same district and new/refit outlets opening.
Relief other outlets pharmacists as and when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Pharmacy/Degree in any discipline; candidate without relevant qualification but with adequate working experience may apply.
At least 3 years of working experience in retail pharmacy or related industry.
Sales-driven with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
