MohonKelayakanWe are looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our team as Retail Assistant (Bangsar Village II, Kuala Lumpur) - a key figure in the overall offline brand experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.Prior experience in customer-facing role recommended, not required - but affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary.Skills & Requirements
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong tea player
- Able to converse fluently in English
- Able to commit to at least 3 days a week, including day on the weekend
- Positive energy and approachable, with a willingness to learn
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Understanding the brand aesthetics and values
- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months
- Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
- Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
- Executing in store-activities, events or campaigns
- Reporting on a daily product and sales performance
- Reporting to Retail & Community Manager
