• Impeccable customer service skills
• Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong tea player
• Able to converse fluently in English
• Able to commit to at least 3 days a week, including day on the weekend
• Positive energy and approachable, with a willingness to learn
• Ability to be flexible, multi-task and work well under pressure
• Understanding the brand aesthetics and values
• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months

Responsibilities

• Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
• Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
• Executing in store-activities, events or campaigns
• Reporting on a daily product and sales performance
• Reporting to Retail & Community Manager
