Job Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear. - Explain product features, promotions, and pricing to customers. - Handle sales transactions including order processing, payments, and receipts. - Maintain the store's cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement. - Achieve individual and team sales targets. - Prepare daily/weekly sales reports when required. - Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations. Job Requirements: - Malaysian citizen only. - Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent). - Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. - Entitled to 2 rest days on weekdays. - Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and disciplined. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. - Experience in retail / customer service / sa
