Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall sales and KPI performance of the Retail, ORC and FOS estate.
• Supporting the Retail Manager to build and develop the Malaysia Retail strategy.
• Taking part and contributing to regular business review meetings.
• Holding continuous and consistent trading reviews with Store Managers to collectively keep focus on delivery of key objectives.
• Supporting Store Managers to build and develop their own objective planning for their stores and to continuously align and measure these objectives.
• Building a strong team spirit and working relationship, encouraging the development of our brand values across the business.
• Accountable for the delivery of our code of business ethics across the retail estate, ensuring any training, development or updates are carried out in a diligent and professional manor.
• Work closely with training/ HR functions to support the continuous development of personal skills, knowledge and behaviour of the Teams.
• Work closely with B+M function to ensure inventory in stores is delivered on time and in full, and key opportunities for growth and development are identified.
• Work closely with Marketing function to ensure the consumer experience and brand awareness is delivered effectively and is relevant to our brand strategy .
• Delivery of key administrative tasks / process in a timely and efficient manor.
• Lead the recruitment of Store Team Members, working closely with HR function to ensure we recruit the best fit.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of relevant retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Malaysia Retail market.
• Proven track record in managing multiple sites / cluster / area management.
• Experience in people behavioural development and leading successful teams.
• Experience in building and developing brands.
