Computer literate with MS Word & Excel
Good communication skills, able to multi-task and work independently
Must have basic knowledge on accounting entry
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
Good attendance, fast learner and responsible person
Able to start work immediately
Accounting background (additional advantage)
Experience SQL Accounting System (additional advantage)
Able to communicate in Mandarin (additional advantage)
Staying near to workplace (15km) (additional advantage)
Able to handle payroll (additional advantage)
Tanggungjawab

• To perform daily business operation transaction into accounting system
• To perform day to day general administrative tasks
• Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
• Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
• Monitor documents dispatch and received
• Order entry and follow up on customer delivery
• Overlook the day to day running of the operation function in the office
• Provide customer service and support
