Available Location : based in Kuching Sarawak

Key Roles :
Lead retail sales and managing Beauty Advisor/ Beauty Therapist in the designated sales territory.
Manage and monitor on shelf stock availability, merchandising, and sales operation issues at stores.
Responsible for improving the productivity of Beauty Advisors/ Beauty Therapists.
Accountable for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for Beauty Advisors/ Beauty Therapists.
Possesses developmental needs to drive training initiatives, identifies and arranges, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance

Job Scope & Requirement :

Drive and implement retail business strategies
1. Build strong customer relationships.
2. Lead, coach, and motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets.
3. Ensure team performance, grooming, and service excellence meet brand standards.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
5. Manage events, promotions, and retail engagement activities.
6. Support retail projects and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
7. MUST Possess Own Transport and Willing to travel within Sarawak & Sabah to support events and roadshows.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, remain polite in all interactions, and communicate persuasively.
9.With basic understanding of skin care products.
10.Able to work with minimal supervision and independently.

Preferred Experience:
Beauty Care and event management :
At least 3 years experience in Beauty Advisor management, events, or retail industry (Required)
At least 2-year experience in supervisory role
Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, people management, presentation, result-driven
Computer literacy in MS Office
Good command in English both spoken and written
