Job Description
Provide / conduct training to consumers (pre/post purchase)
Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation
Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product.
Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap
Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers
Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication.
Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards Company's objective.
Requirements:
At least Diploma certification 1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Experience in other related industries are welcome Excellence verbal communication skills Must be able to communicate the business language - English, Bahasa Malaysia; understand at least 1 common Chinese dialect. Basic Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
