Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in the telco or retail industry preferred. Experience in conducting product demonstrations is an advantage.

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
Execute retail operations activities by applying effective sales techniques to understand customer needs and promote relevant products and services, including sales, servicing, and administrative tasks, while adhering to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and SLAs.
Engage with customers to create conversations and convert interactions into sales opportunities (postpaid/prepaid registrations, devices, VAS, accessories, etc.).
Stay results-driven by keeping up to date with product knowledge and maintaining high standards of retail outlet visual appearance.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and accurately, leveraging moder tools, policies, and processes, while following retail service impression and mannerism guidelines.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences to achieve desirable.NET Promoter Scores (NPS), providing product advisory, ownership guidance, and after-sales support.
Resolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently, taking ownership to maximize satisfaction.
Participate in special events or external sales initiatives, such as device launches, and execute departmental improvement initiatives at the outlet level.
Provide continuous feedback to Retail Manager/Senior Manager on operations and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure transactional accuracy and KP| compliance to increase customer trust and satisfaction.
Support departmental initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Manfaat
KPI incentives : Up to RM 2,000 - RM 3,000 per month (based on performance)
