The Retail Expert is responsible for frontline sales and customer service activities. This role focuses on engaging customers, performing product demonstrations, and driving sales conversions.
Responsibilities
Perform product demos and explain features clearly to customers.
Drive sales for postpaid, prepaid, devices, VAS, and accessories.
Handle walk-in enquiries, service needs, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual display standards.
Support store events, roadshows, and device launches.
Ensure accurate transactions and adherence to KPIs.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally.
Requirements
SPM or higher qualification.
1-2 years experiences in retail/telco is an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Sales-driven, tech-savvy, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
