Requirements

• Assist in managing the retail store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Process online and in-store orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping items to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail and fulfillment area, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns or exchanges.
• Utilize computer systems to track inventory, process transactions, and generate reports as needed.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin with customers and colleagues to facilitate smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with visual merchandising, promotional displays, and social media updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in the retail store and fulfillment center.
• Process online and in-store orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail store and fulfillment center, including displays, shelves, and storage areas.
• Utilize computer systems and software to manage inventory, process orders, and track shipments.
• Support marketing efforts by assisting with visual merchandising, promotional displays, and social media content creation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
