Job Description

This role covers the full-spectrum of HR functions with direct Retail knowledge required. You will have an opportunity to work on internal HR projects essential in ensuring the growth of the organisation.Recruitment:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail roles, focusing on sourcing top talent and overseeing onboarding processes.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Lead annual merit reviews and performance bonus exercises, ensuring competitive compensation programs. Administer benefits through external providers.

Performance Management, Training, and Development:

• Conduct performance reviews, develop employee growth plans, and coordinate training programs. Support managers in addressing performance issues.

Employee Relations:

• Handle employee concerns and grievances, promote a positive work environment, and enforce company policies consistently.

Payroll Processing:

• Verify payroll data accuracy, collaborate on timely processing with departments and vendors, and ensure proper General Ledger entries.

HRIS, HR Operations, and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate HR records, administer benefits, ensure compliance with labour laws, and update HRMS configuration. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry regulations.

• A minimum of Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience in FMCG or Retail Industry
• Possess strong knowledge of HR functions and practices, particularly in retail operations.
• Possess strong proficiency in HRIS
