Kelayakan

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in retail, commercial, or interior design projects.
• Experience in Retail design is an added advantage.
• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, lighting, and color theory.
• Good project management and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Creative, innovative, and attentive to detail.
• Practical, solution-oriented, and able to think from a customer experience perspective.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Tanggungjawab
Design & Concept Development

• Develop creative store concepts, floor plans, and design proposals aligned with the brand identity.
• Prepare sketches, 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and moodboards for management approval.
• Design visual merchandising layouts to ensure optimal traffic flow and product visibility.

Project Planning & Execution

• Work closely with operations, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure design requirements are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors on materials, fittings, and fixtures.
• Conduct site visits to inspect progress and ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and build-out.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare cost estimates for design projects including materials, furniture, decor, and installation.
• Ensure design solutions meet budget constraints without compromising quality and aesthetics.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all design work adheres to safety, regulatory, and building guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in brand visual identity across all outlets.

Store Improvement & Maintenance

• Review existing outlets and propose design improvements or layout enhancements.
• Assist in store renovation, expansion, or relocation projects.
