Key Responsibilities:

Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy. Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory. Manage cycle counts of product inventories on regular basis. Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures iby examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation. Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings. Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report, discussing findings with auditees. Stock audit - request for adjustment/ check variance. Outdoor sales order cancellation. Stock adjustment/ write off -request for code conversion/ adjustment/ write-off.

Requirement:

Possess Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or any equivalent. Minimum 1 year of working experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance or external audit firms. Detail-oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel outstation for stock audit. Capable of handling enquiries professionally. Able to work collaboratively with outlet personnel.
