Requirements
Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
Exhibit proficiency in inventory management, including stocktaking, replenishment, and loss prevention.
Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
Effectively resolve customer complaints and address any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
Maintain a neat and organized work environment, adhering to company standards for visual merchandising.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.
Able to handle NON-HALAL PRODUCTS
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records by receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks to identify discrepancies.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing refunds or exchanges.
Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling to customers, and providing product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Resolve customer complaints and address concerns effectively, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment by tidying shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring a safe shopping experience for customers.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to share information, coordinate tasks, and contribute to a positive work environment.
