We are seeking an experienced Retail Lead to oversee store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience. The Retail Lead will coach and manage the retail team, maintain store standards, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to maximise sales and customer satisfaction. Lead, guide, and mentor Retail Specialists and Retail Experts. Monitor performance in sales, service quality, and store compliance. Manage inventory, merchandising, store layout, and cash handling processes. Maintain high retail standards and ensure all SOPs are followed. Analyse store performance reports and implement improvement plans. Provide feedback and support to improve store efficiency and team performance.
Requirements
SPM or higher qualification. 5-8 years of retail/telco leadership experience. Strong people management and communication skills. Able to make decisions independently and work under pressure. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail operations.
