Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supermarket Setup & Project Management


Lead the end-to-end setup of new supermarket outlets, including layout planning, equipment installation, and operational readiness.

Store Layout & Visual Merchandising


Design store flow, planograms, and visual displays to enhance product visibility and customer experience.

Product & Inventory Planning


Develop product mix strategy, coordinate initial stock procurement, and implement inventory control systems.

Team Recruitment & Training


Assist in hiring store staff and deliver training on operations, POS usage, customer service, and safety protocols.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance


Ensure all legal, health, safety, and operational licenses and standards are met before and after store launch.

Marketing & Grand Opening Coordination


Collaborate on pre-launch promotions and manage activities for a successful store opening event.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement


Track post-opening KPIs, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance store performance.

Requirements:



Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years experience in supermarket or grocery retail operations, including 2 years in setup or expansion roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,846.18 per month
